  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods where available.

  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities per order.

  • Orders may be canceled if:

    • Information provided is incorrect

    • Delivery address is incomplete

    • The order appears fraudulent

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.

  • Ash Scent is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Used or opened perfumes are not eligible for return or refund.

  • For COD orders, refunds are provided as replacement or store credit only.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logos, images, text, designs) is the property of Ash Scent.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
