Refund & Return Policy

At Ash Scent (Ashscentpk), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or tested perfumes

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Fragrance preference issues (scent liking/disliking)

  • Discounted or clearance items


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed as:

    • Replacement product, or

    • Store credit, or

    • Bank transfer (online payment orders only)

⏱ Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • No cash refunds for COD orders

  • Approved cases will receive replacement or store credit only


Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), return shipping is covered by Ash Scent

  • If the return is requested for any other valid reason, customer bears shipping cost


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
